Saideep is a believer in solving real-world problems by leveraging technology.
A doctor by background, he has worked on an international scope in the field of digital healthcare, from consulting organisations on patient management strategies to assessing population attitudes towards tech.
Saideep is also keen on globe-trotting, watching stand-up comedy, and cooking a variety of cuisines.

Tushar thrives in fast-paced environments, turning challenges into solutions.
Before leading tech at Novocuris, he led efforts across fintech, real-money gaming, and SaaS verticals at Haptik, WealthO2, and Gameskraft, serving millions of daily active users.
Outside of work, he enjoys playing guitar, snooker, and travelling.

With a background in research science as well as general practice and sports medicine, Fraser works as our chief medical officer on solutions to improving patient related outcome and experience measures.
Outside of medicine Fraser is an accomplished rower having competed for Chester nationally and Wales internationally.

At Novocuris, he is dedicated to exploring innovative B2C strategies across multiple countries to drive sustainable growth of the platform.
